Our City, in cooperation with federal officials, has done an admirable job of preparing the instruments of government to respond to the needs of citizens at a time of an inevitable disaster. Where this work needs to be bolstered is organizing a grassroots system for getting information to our citizens and motivating them to action; an ideal opportunity for our precinct organization.
